Overview
January 2007 Update: Sun+Moon has recently informed me that business has quadrupled since their website went live 18 months ago. The Sun + Moon project was a particular challenge. They wanted to give their clients the ability to order online; however, their ordering process was unique in that many of their meals could be customized. Stop Time Studio custom-made a shopping cart to meet these requirements.
Sun + Moon has a 99% repeat business rate, something that needed to be highlighted, so we put it in bold red letters toward the top of every page to highlight it. With many glowing testimonials, a random testimonial generator was created so that each time a page was loaded, a different testimonial was displayed, adding to the site's fresh and dynamic appeal.
Working with a print designer and a marketing specialist, the site has a small but dedicated team ensuring the site's success. Stop Time Studio was pleased to help collaborate and collect input from all parties involved. Upon site launching, owner Gerty Leong was thrilled that her clients found the online ordering process easy and self-explanatory. She later emailed, "Thank you for the fabulous job you did on the website!"
A year after the site's launch, its search engine friendliness helped land a major deal with a popular hotel chain.
