Overview
In construction terms, this was a complete tear down. Navigational overhaul, complete code rewriting, database management - which included porting all existing website data from static html into a MySQL database for easier management, display, and backup. This site is about writing, and the new design really places the spotlight on it, while also highlighting some great construction photography with the home page slide-show. Also, and perhaps most importantly, the new site was launched and managed in such a way that CWA not only maintained their existing search engine rankings, which where already high, but gained even more search-engine-friendliness.
