Beautiful eNewsletters & Campaign Tracking

SPAM filtering is becoming more and more aggressive, and it's easy for your newsletter to get eaten up by SPAM filters and never even seen. That's why you need a professional who knows how SPAM filters work, and how to make sure your newsletter is CAN-SPAM compliant—here's an overview of my services:
- Sign-up form on your website, which we can use to collect information besides email addresses. Company names, phone/fax numbers, etc. can be added and stored in a database
- Subscription and unsubscription is completely automated, as it should be
- Emailed newsletters have both an HTML version and a text version. If a receiver's email program is set to only receive text-based email, they will receive the text version instead of a bunch of broken HTML code.
- Each newsletter can have a "Forward to a Friend" link.
- After each newsletter is sent, you will have access to Stop Time Studio's reporting area, where you can view:
- Total opens for your newsletter (if the same person opened the newsletter three times, that counts as three opens)
- Unique opens (one count per email address that opened the newsletter)
- What links were clicked in the newsletter, and who clicked them
- Who unsubscribed, if any
- Who used the Forward to a Friend option, and who they forwarded it to
- Beautiful graphical representations of your data
- Any emails that were bounced back are stored separately and moved off the Active subscriber list until it can be determined if the email address is valid. This helps keep your list clean, and saves you from paying for delivery to dead email accounts.
Safe Delivery to Major Internet Service Providors
And one of the strongest features: my delivery servers have been whitelisted by major Internet Service Providors (ISPs). That means places like AOL and Hotmail won't flag your newsletter as spam. Also, I'll make sure your email campaign is compliant with the CAN-SPAM act, further increasing your delivery rate.
