After developing a good number of websites over the years, I and my clients have experienced the frustrations of using web hosting companies whose servers seem to go down at least once a month, and whose tech support team can take up to (and sometimes over) 24 hours to respond to a trouble ticket. And phone support? Forget it.
I've come to appreciate the value of an affordable, reliable web host, and want to offer my clients the same levels of reliability and service they've come to expect from me as their webmaster—but also in a hosting solution. So I have partnered with Rackspace, and now I can offer my clients space on a network with 100% guaranteed uptime. I am not a hosting reseller that is looking to host hundreds of websites.
